I have never been so happy. Collin at Hip 2 Save is a fellow military wife and she posted a vlog this week on how to shop smart at the Commissary. I am a big Commissary shopper, although I haven't saved as much as her, I find I get the best deals there on groceries. Thanks so much Collin for posting this!!
